Creamy Garlic Sauce Recipe

  1. In large saucepan, heat butter.
  2. Saute/fry garlic over medium heat for 1 minute (till garlic tender).
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in flour, blend till smooth.
  5. Return to heat and gradually add in half and half.
  6. Stir in cheese and parsley.
  7. Heat till sauce thickened and smooth.
