Goodbye Turkey Tetrazzini

  1. Cook noodles as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet.
  3. Add mushrooms; cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in cream cheese product and broth.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low; simmer 7 min.
  7. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
  8. Add turkey and peas; cook until heated through, stirring frequently.
  9. Drain noodles.
  10. Serve topped with the turkey mixture.
