Goodbye Turkey Tetrazzini
- 3/4 cup wide egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 cups chopped cooked turkey
- 1 cup frozen peas
- Cook noodles as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet.
- Add mushrooms; cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in cream cheese product and broth.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to low; simmer 7 min.
- or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Add turkey and peas; cook until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Drain noodles.
- Serve topped with the turkey mixture.
