Bomma's Date Nut Cookies Recipe

• 3/4 c. Sugar
• 1/2 c. Flour
• 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 lb Minced dates
• 2 c. Minced pecans
• 1/4 tsp Vanilla
• 3 x Egg whites, stiffly beaten

1. Combine dry ingredients and mix with dates, pecans, and vanilla in a large bowl.
2. Fold in egg whites.
3. Drop by teasponnful onto a greased cookie sheet.
4. Bake at 325F for 15 min.
