Tomato cake

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
  2. Place puffnpaste in a casserole dish
  3. Slice tomatoes and onions, shredd cheddar.
  4. Place tomatoes on top of the dough, making layers
  5. Mix well together egg, cream, cream cheese and cheese, herbs and seasonings, and onions.
  6. Put on top of the tomatoes
  7. Place in oven for 25-30 minutes
