Tomato cake
- 7 large tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 100 ml cream
- 300 grams cream cheese with herbs
- 300 grams cheddar
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 italian herbs
- 200 grams puff pastry
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
- Place puffnpaste in a casserole dish
- Slice tomatoes and onions, shredd cheddar.
- Place tomatoes on top of the dough, making layers
- Mix well together egg, cream, cream cheese and cheese, herbs and seasonings, and onions.
- Put on top of the tomatoes
- Place in oven for 25-30 minutes
