Lime and Coconut Bananas

  1. Slice the bananas and put the juice of the limes in a bowl.
  2. Add the bananas and toss until coated with the juice.
  3. Put 1 cup of desiccated coconut in a shallow bowl and add half the bananas and toss until completely coated with the coconut then transfer to a serving bowl.
  4. Repeat with the remaining banana.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
