Cinnamon Rasin Bread

  1. preheat oven to 350F
  2. in large bowl combine flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar, baking soda and ssalt.
  3. in a small bowl whisk eggs, buttermilk and oil.
  4. stir wet into dry until just moist.
  5. stir in rasins
  6. combine remaining sugar and cinnamon and set asside
  7. spoon 1/2 the batter into 2 greased loaf pans
  8. sprinkle 1/2 the cinnamon sugar mix over batter then top with remaining batter then remaining cinnamon sugar mixture
  9. use a knife to cut thru the batter and swirl
  10. bake for 55 to 60 minutes
  11. cool in pan for 10 minutes then remove to wire racks to cool completly
  12. you can wrap in foil and freeze for up to three months
  13. to use a frozen loaf thaw at room tempurature and you're good to go!
