Bacon-Wrapped Chicken

  2. Preheat oven to 400 F. 2.
  3. Place plastic wrap over the chicken and pound to about 1/4 inch thick with a small saucepan.

  5. Season both sides of each chicken piece with black pepper, seasoning salt, chili powder, oregano, garlic powder, and parsley.

  7. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

  9. Place one slice of bacon under each piece of chicken.
  10. Roll up bacon and chicken together.
  11. 6.
  12. Place chicken seam side down in prepared pan.
  13. If chicken will not stay rolled up, use a toothpick to keep it together.

  15. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked completely.
  16. 8.
  17. Serve with rice and veggies, and enjoy!
