Cabbage & Baby Sardine Oyster Stir Fry

  1. Chop the cabbage into 1 cm strips, add to a heat resistant plate and lightly cover with cling film.
  2. Microwave for roughly 2 minutes until wilted.
  3. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat.
  4. When hot, add the cabbage, sprinkle over some salt and give a quick stir fry.
  5. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, ginger and baby sardines into the pan as well and quickly stir-fry together over a high heat.
  6. Add the contents of the frying pan to a plate, sprinkle over the sesame seeds and it's done.
