Cabbage & Baby Sardine Oyster Stir Fry
- 300 grams Cabbage
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Ginger (grated)
- 1 bunch Chirimen jako - salted semi-dried tiny fish
- 1 Toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil
- Chop the cabbage into 1 cm strips, add to a heat resistant plate and lightly cover with cling film.
- Microwave for roughly 2 minutes until wilted.
- Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat.
- When hot, add the cabbage, sprinkle over some salt and give a quick stir fry.
- Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, ginger and baby sardines into the pan as well and quickly stir-fry together over a high heat.
- Add the contents of the frying pan to a plate, sprinkle over the sesame seeds and it's done.
