Holiday Cottage Cheese

• 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin
• 1 (1 lb) carton small curd cottage cheese
• 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
• 1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping

1. Stir gelatin into cottage cheese.
2. Add pineapple and whipped cream; mix well.
3. Chill until ready to serve.
