Cajun Flank Steak

  1. Combine all ingredients in a freezer bag.
  2. Close freezer and mix ingredients well by squeezing bag.
  3. Flank steak can then be put in bag and put into freezer.
  4. Thaw in fridge for 24 hours before cooking.
  5. Grill or broil 7-8 minutes on each side.
