Honey roasted cashews

  1. Preheat the the oven to 180F
  2. Melt the butter and honey on a low heat until a well mixed liquid
  3. Take the the sauce off the heat and add cashews and mix well until covered
  4. Turn out into a lined baking tray and spread out evenly
  5. Pop in the oven for 5 minutes take out and toss
  6. Pop back in the oven for 5 minutes and check again, if not brown
  7. Mix the sugar and salt in a bowl
  8. Stir occasionally until the nuts have cooled.
  9. Break up and enjoy I recommend if any last longer than a few hours store in an air tight container
