Shrimp and Grits

  2. Heat oil in a large pot.

  4. Add bacon, onion and pepper.
  5. Once the onions and peppers soften... 3.
  6. Add tomatoes, bourbon, BBQ sauce and water.

  8. Let simmer until the mixture thickens.

  10. Add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes or until shrimp is done and no longer opaque.
  11. Do not overcook your shrimp.
  12. Serves 4-6.
  13. Serve over grits prepared to your liking.
