Sweet and Salty Green Pepper Stir-Fry with Bonito Flakes
- 4 to 5 Green bell peppers
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1/2 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 2 packs Bonito flakes
- Cut the green peppers in half and remove the insides.
- Cut the peppers into 2 cm cubes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the green pepper.
- Once the pepper is coated in oil, add the sake, mirin and mentsuyu, then stir-fry.
- Once the green pepper has been cooked and the flavors have been absorbed, sprinkle the bonito flakes.
- Toss the ingredients and turn off the heat.
