Sweet and Salty Green Pepper Stir-Fry with Bonito Flakes

  1. Cut the green peppers in half and remove the insides.
  2. Cut the peppers into 2 cm cubes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the green pepper.
  4. Once the pepper is coated in oil, add the sake, mirin and mentsuyu, then stir-fry.
  5. Once the green pepper has been cooked and the flavors have been absorbed, sprinkle the bonito flakes.
  6. Toss the ingredients and turn off the heat.
