Sig/*ari* zesty tabouleh salad
- 150 grams bulghur wheat
- 150 grams porcini mushrooms
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 large sprig fresh mint
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 bunch parsely ,chopped
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 small can pinapple
- 150 grams whole nuts or seeds
- 2 tbsp oliveoil
- soak bulghur wheat and dried porcini mushrooms in heat proof bowl for 30 minutes with boiling water,than chill.
- Once chilled add the olive oil and all other ingredient chopped finely ,leave nuts whole , stir through and serve.
- serve with crusty fried bread and salad
