Sig/*ari* zesty tabouleh salad

  1. soak bulghur wheat and dried porcini mushrooms in heat proof bowl for 30 minutes with boiling water,than chill.
  2. Once chilled add the olive oil and all other ingredient chopped finely ,leave nuts whole , stir through and serve.
  3. serve with crusty fried bread and salad
