Sherbet

• 3 tablespoons citric acid
• 1 tablespoon bicarbonate of soda
• 7 tablespoons icing sugar
• food coloring (optional)

1. Put all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mix up until well combined.
3. Eat and enjoy!
