Easy Pineapple Chicken

  1. Remove skin and any bones from chicken and chop into a bite sized cubes.
  2. Mix flour and pepper on a plate or shallow bowl and dredge chicken until coated.
  3. Heat oil over medium high heat in a skillet.
  4. Cook coated chicken until golden brown.
  5. Add pineapple and cook for 5 minutes more.
  6. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, and cornstarch.
  7. Add sauce to pan and simmer for 5 minutes
