Awesome Peanut Butter Cookies

• 1 cup peanut butter
• 12 cup granulated sugar
• 12 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 egg
• 12 teaspoon vanilla
• 14 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate piece

1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. In a mixing bowl beat peanut butter, sugars, and baking soda until combined.Beat in egg and vanilla until combined.
3. Stir in flour and chocolate pieces with a wooden spoon.
4. Shape dough into 1 1/4 in balls.
5. Place dough on ungreased cookie sheet.
6. (Do not use insulated) Flatten slighly with fingers.
7. Bake for about 10 min or until cookies are puffed and lightly browned around edges (centers will be soft).
8. Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minute Transfer to wire wire rack; cool completely.
