Hawaiian Baked Bean Casserole Recipe
- 2 (1 pound size) cans pork & beans, in tomato sauce
- 1 (13 1/2 ounce.) can pineapple chunks, liquid removed
- 1 tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 (12 ounce.) can lunch meat
- Whole cloves
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- Turn beans into 1 1/2 qt baking dish.
- Stir in pineapple, onion and mustard.
- Cut lunch meat in one inch pcs.
- Stud each piece with one clove and place on beans.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Bake 350 for 30 min uncovered.
