Crab Meat Canapes Rolls
- 2 (20 count) packagesparty rolls
- 6 ounces canned white crabmeat, drained
- 6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 14 cup ripe olives, chopped
- 14 cup dukes mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Scoop out center of each dinner roll with a melon baller.Set rolls aside.
- Combine crabmeat and all ingredients, folding as to not break up the crab.
- Scoop crabmeat mixture into hollow of each roll.
