Garlic Pork Rice Bowl
- 100 grams Pork (block)
- 1 dash of each Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1/2 tsp Weipa or chicken soup stock granules
- 3 to 4 shakes Pepper
- 1 large clove Grated garlic
- 2 tbsp Chopped onion
- 2 tbsp White sesame seeds
- 2 bowlfuls Plain cooked rice
- Mix the ingredients together
- Cut the pork into small cubes, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan and stir fry the pork until browned on the surface.
- Lower the heat and add the combined sauce ingredients to the pan, and stir-fry.
- Put the mixture on top of hot rice, sprinkle with sesame seeds and it's done.
