Bocconcini with Grilled Chicken

  1. Grill chicken, let stand 10 minutes, then cut into slices and set aside.
  2. Cook mushrooms and garlic in oil in a large frypan for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Stir in sliced chicken, sundried tomatoes and green onion.
  4. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  5. Drain and toss with chicken mixture.
  6. Top with parsley and sundried tomato oil.
  7. Serve immediately.
