Jills Mustard/Garlic Coated Salmon
- 4 pieces Salmon Fillet (6oz Each)
- 2 Tablespoons Coarse Stone Ground Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped Fine
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt And Pepper
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Dried Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 2.
- Place 4 salmon fillets on a baking sheet, skin side down
- 3.
- Mix together in a small bowl mustard, Olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper
- 4.
- Spread mixture all over the top of the fillets
- 5.
- Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the top of the mustard mixture followed by the Parmesan cheese
- 6.
- Bake in oven approximately 15-20 minutes or until salmon is just cooked through.
