Buffalo Shrimp Recipe
- 1 lb raw 31/40 peeled and deveined shrimp
- 2 c. Golden brown Dip all purpose Breading
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 lb butter
- 2 c. red warm sauce
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 x egg
- 1/3 c. water
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Prepare egg wash, by beating egg together with water.
- Heat 1/4 pound butter mix with red warm sauce and vinegar dip shrimp in egg wash, bread with breading mix.
- Fry in deep fryer at 350 degrees.
- Place in container with warm sauce mix shake well.
- Serve with celery and blue cheese.
