Buffalo Shrimp Recipe

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Prepare egg wash, by beating egg together with water.
  3. Heat 1/4 pound butter mix with red warm sauce and vinegar dip shrimp in egg wash, bread with breading mix.
  4. Fry in deep fryer at 350 degrees.
  5. Place in container with warm sauce mix shake well.
  6. Serve with celery and blue cheese.
