Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares

  1. line a 9x13 inch pan with foil.
  2. Spray the foil with nonstick spray.
  3. combine peanut butter chips and butter in a large glass bowl.
  4. Microwave on 50% power for 30 seconds.
  5. Stir.
  6. Return to microwave; heat on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds.
  7. Whisk in dondensed milk.
  8. Gradually stir in crumbs and the 1/2 cup of chopped peanuts; use hands if necessary to mix well.
  9. Pat the mixture firmly into the pan.
  10. Refrigerate about 30 minutes.
  11. Microwave the chocolate chips on high for 1 minute.
  12. Stir until smooth; microwave in additional 15 second increments, if necessary.
  13. Spread over top of peanut butter mixture.
  14. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cups nuts.
  15. Let stand at room temp until firm, about 1 hour.
  16. cut into 48 squares.
