Washington Cheesecake

  1. Combine crumbs, sugar and melted margarine.
  2. Press onto bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
  3. Bake at 325u0b0 for 10 minutes.
  4. Increase oven temperature to 450u0b0.
  5. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed until well blended.
  6. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Blend in milk and vanilla.
  8. Pour mixture over crust.
  9. Bake at 450u0b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250u0b0; continue baking 25 to 30 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan.
  10. Cool before removing.
  11. Chill. Before serving, top with pie filling.
