Chutney Cheese Balls

  1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, preserved ginger, chutney, curry, coconut and ground ginger.
  2. Blend until well mixed.
  3. Form into 1 or 2 balls and roll in pecans.
  4. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
