Sour Cream Cole SlawOne More Version of Slaw.
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 packets artificial sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste)
- 1/2 head green cabbage, finely shredded
- In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, vinegar, artificial sweetener, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to blend.
- Put the cabbage into a large bowl, add the dressing, and toss to coat.
- Chill in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes.
