Mom-Mom's Sauerkraut Soup

  1. Put pork in bottom of large soup pot.
  2. Cover with cabbage and sauerkraut.
  3. Fill with water to top of pot and cook for 4-5 hours.
  4. Season to taste after cooking for a few hours.
