BBQ Roast Beef
- 2 lbs boneless roast beef
- 16 ounces of favorite barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 hamburger buns or 8 hard rolls
- Place roast in Crock Pot.
- Cover; cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 5-6 hours.
- Remove the roast.
- Shred the meat with 2 forks.
- Pour out any liquid in Crock Pot.
- Return the meat to the Crock Pot and add the barbecue sauce, brown sugar,, lemon juice and onion.
- Cook on low for 2 hours or high for 1 hour.
- Serve with hamburger buns or hard rolls.
