Super Nutritious - My Tomato Soup
- 1000 ml Water
- 1 can Canned tomato (or tomato juice)
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1/2 head Cabbage
- 2 Consomme soup stock cubes
- 1 Bacon or sausage
- Mince the onion, quarter the carrot, and thinly slice the cabbage.
- Cut the bacon or sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- Put water in a pot, then add the ingredients prepared in Step 1 and the consomme cubes.
- Add the canned tomato, bring to a boil, and when it reaches your desired flavor, it's ready!
- In the ingredients, I list half of an onion, carrot, and head of cabbage, but feel free to adjust the amount to taste!
