Healthier Baked Oatmeal Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Mix all the wet ingredients in a smaller bowl.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
  5. Mix in the craisins and walnuts.
  6. Spoon into a 9" x 9" pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
  7. Spinkle coconut on top and press down a bit.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes.
