Caramel Centre Chocolates Recipe
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. cream
- 1 1/2 c. sugar (caster)
- 1/2 c. liquid glucose
- 1/10 tsp vanilla essence
- 300 gm chocolate, dark
- Place all ingredients except chocolate into a clean pan and boil to 125C/260F.
- Place in electric mixer and beat with paddle till hard.
- Roll out to a thickness of 1 cm and allow to cold.
- Cut into sticks 1cm X 3cm and dip in melted chocolate.
