Caramel Centre Chocolates Recipe

  1. Place all ingredients except chocolate into a clean pan and boil to 125C/260F.
  2. Place in electric mixer and beat with paddle till hard.
  3. Roll out to a thickness of 1 cm and allow to cold.
  4. Cut into sticks 1cm X 3cm and dip in melted chocolate.
