Roast Lamb Riblets
- 1/4 cups Rice Wine
- 1/4 cups Tamari
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 sprigs Rosemary
- 1 dash Oil
- 1 pound, 5- 1/4 ounces, weight Lamb Riblets, Ribs Cut Apart
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together by hand.
- Marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature.
- Place the lamb riblets on a baking tray, bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
