Crab Pea Pods

• 36 pea pods
• 12 lb crab
• 6 scallions
• 12 teaspoon celery salt
• 12 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 14 cup mayonnaise
• 14 cup sour cream

1. Cut ends off & string pea pods.
2. Slit & put in ice water.
3. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Drain pea pods.
5. Stuff with mixture.
6. Refrigerate & serve.
