Quick Bacon-Spinach Dip

  1. Squeeze as much water as possible from the spinach.
  2. Mix the bacon and spinach and add the other ingredients, blending well.
  3. Cover and chill.
  4. Makes about 2 3/4 cups of dip.
  5. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Apples, Fennel, Zucchini, Monterey Jack or Cheddar Cheese Sticks, Toast Triangles, Pears
