Chicken Parmesan
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 3/4 cup CLASSICO FAMILY FAVORITES Traditional Pasta Sauce
- 1-1/2 cups POLLY-O All Natural Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Mix Parmesan and bread crumbs in pie plate or shallow dish.
- Dip chicken in butter, then in Parmesan mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast.
- Place in 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until chicken is done (165F).
- Top with sauce and mozzarella; bake 10 min.
- or until mozzarella is melted.
