No Cook Ice Cream

• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 6 to 8 strawberries, quartered
• 2 tablespoons strawberry or raspberry jam

1. In a large bowl, combine the milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla bean seeds, salt, strawberries, and strawberry jam.
2. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
3. Add to an ice cream machine and process according to the manufacturer?s directions.
