S'Mores Caramel Corn Mix

• 1 pkg. (11 oz.) KRAFT Caramels
• 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
• 3 Tbsp. milk
• 8 cups popped popcorn
• 8 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, broken into 1-inch pieces
• 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
• 1-1/2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

1. Heat oven to 300F.
2. Spray large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
3. Microwave caramels, butter and milk in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
4. or until butter is melted.
5. Stir until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended.
6. Combine popcorn and graham pieces in separate large bowl.
7. Add caramel sauce; mix lightly.
8. Spread onto prepared baking sheet.
9. Bake 20 min., stirring after 10 min.
10. Cool completely.
11. Melt chocolate as directed on package.
12. Break popcorn mixture into small clusters; place in large bowl.
13. Add marshmallows; mix lightly.
14. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
15. Refrigerate 15 min.
16. or until chocolate is firm.
