Chunky Apple Spice Muffins

  1. Preheat the oven 400F (200C).
  2. Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately.
  3. Combine them and mix thoroughly.
  4. Spoon into nonstick muffin tins and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown on top.
