Asian Broccoli Almond Slaw

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Chop the cabbage (using about 2/3 of the cabbage-throw out tough white core), add onions and chill until ready to serve.
  2. Toast the almonds (approximately 4 minutes in the oven).
  3. Chop the top of the broccoli crown very fine.
  4. Just before serving, add the raisins, black beans, almonds and broccoli crown.
  5. Toss desired amount dressing with the salad ingredients.
