Simple Strawberry Mousse Parfaits
- 16 OREO Cookies, divided
- 1 bag (10 -1/2 oz.) Strawberry JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
- Cut 6 of the cookies crosswise in half; reserve for later use.
- Coarsely crush remaining 10 cookies; set aside.
- Place marshmallows and strawberries in large microwaveable bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH 3 min.
- or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 2 min.
- Refrigerate 10 min.
- Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping.
- Spoon marshmallow mixture and crushed cookies alternately into six 6-oz.
- parfait glasses, beginning and ending with layers of marshmallow mixture.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Top evenly with the remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping and the 12 reserved cookie halves just before serving.
