Simple Strawberry Mousse Parfaits

  1. Cut 6 of the cookies crosswise in half; reserve for later use.
  2. Coarsely crush remaining 10 cookies; set aside.
  3. Place marshmallows and strawberries in large microwaveable bowl.
  4. Microwave on HIGH 3 min.
  5. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 2 min.
  6. Refrigerate 10 min.
  7. Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping.
  8. Spoon marshmallow mixture and crushed cookies alternately into six 6-oz.
  9. parfait glasses, beginning and ending with layers of marshmallow mixture.
  10. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  11. Top evenly with the remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping and the 12 reserved cookie halves just before serving.
