Cheesy Vegetable Parcels

  1. Combine cheese spread and sweet chilli sauce in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add potato, corn, peas, capsicum, onion, flour and cumin and mix until well combined.
  3. Take 1 filo sheet and spray with oil.
  4. Fold in half lengthways to form a long rectangle.
  5. Place a heaped tablespoon of mixture onto one end.
  6. Fold sides inward, about 2cm, spray with oil, then roll up to enclose the filling.
  7. Repeat with remaining filo and filling.
  8. Place onto a baking tray, spray with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  9. Bake at 200C for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
