Cheesy Vegetable Parcels
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Cheddar Cheese Spread, softened
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 1 cup cooked finely diced potato
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 red capsicum, finley chopped
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 12 sheets filo pastry
- spray olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seed
- Combine cheese spread and sweet chilli sauce in a bowl until smooth.
- Add potato, corn, peas, capsicum, onion, flour and cumin and mix until well combined.
- Take 1 filo sheet and spray with oil.
- Fold in half lengthways to form a long rectangle.
- Place a heaped tablespoon of mixture onto one end.
- Fold sides inward, about 2cm, spray with oil, then roll up to enclose the filling.
- Repeat with remaining filo and filling.
- Place onto a baking tray, spray with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 200C for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
