Mary Margaret Mcbride's Lasagne With Beef and Sausage

  1. Cook meat until crumbly.
  2. Add garlic, onion, and celery; cook until tender.
  3. Stir in tomato paste, water and seasonings.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Cover and simmer 50 minutes.
  6. Drain off extra fate.
  7. Arrange alternate layers of cooked noodles, sauce, and cheese in greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish, ending with Mozzarella.
  8. Bake in moderate over (375 F) for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cheese melts.
  9. Let stand out of over 5 minutes.
  10. Cut into squares.
  11. Serves 6 to 8.
