Pork Milano

  1. In hot oil, in large frying pan, brown pork well.
  2. Add onion, celery and green pepper.
  3. Saute until tender.
  4. Mix in mushrooms and seasonings.
  5. Simmer, covered, for 25 minutes.
  6. Blend in soup and milk.
  7. Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
