Mike's Egg-cellent Egg Salad

  1. Bring eggs to boil.
  2. Turn off heat.
  3. Leave eggs to sit in pot for 18 minutes covered.
  4. Rinse in cold water immediately to stop cooking process.
  5. Chop vegetables.
  6. Peel eggs and dry them.
  7. Then, mash them.
  8. Add veggies, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Chill in fridge for an hour covered.
  11. Spread on fresh bread or bagels of your choosing.
  12. Garnish with lettuce, sliced eggs and paprika if desired.
