Creamy Mocha Berry Parfait
- 1 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. brandy extract
- 1 tsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. warm water
- 1/3 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, finely grated, divided
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (such as strawberries, raspberries)
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, brandy extract and dissolved coffee in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
- Gently stir in whipped topping and half of the chocolate.
- Place 1/2 cup berries in each of 2 parfait glasses or dessert dishes.
- Top evenly with cream cheese mixture; sprinkle with remaining chocolate.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
