Sweetly Steamed Cabbage and Aburaage with Basil

  1. Boil the aburaage in water to remove the excess oil.
  2. Cut in half lengthwise and then into 5 mm strips crosswise.
  3. Roughly chop the cabbage.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the cabbage until their colors brightens.
  5. Add the aburaage and all of the * ingredients and lightly cook while mixing everything together.
  6. Sprinkle with lots of basil.
  7. Cover with a lid and steam for 2 minutes on medium heat.
  8. When you open the lid, you will be enveloped by the lovely scent of the basil.
  9. Serve on a dish and sprinkle lightly with basil.
