Student noodle casserole

  1. Disclaimer: this is far from fancy.
  2. Substitute anything and everything, and just eyeball measure the ingredients...thats what i do :)
  3. Start boiling the spaghetti and put the bacon in a pan at med-low heat.
  4. Chop up onions, tomato, spinach, and shred cheese
  5. Dump the panko in a bowl and put in seasoning salt and pepper to taste with a little shredded cheese (or parmesan)
  6. Put the onions in the pan when the bacon is almost done and let them cook together.
  7. When the bacon is done take it out, chop it, and toss it back in with the onions and the other veggies.
  8. The tomato and spinach just need to wilt a little bit.
  9. Drain the spaghetti and mix it up with some Alfredo sauce.
  10. I used the classico brand which tasted really bland, so i mixed in the rest of the cheese and a little hot mustard.
  11. Do whatever tastes good.
  12. Dump everything in a casserole pan and mix it up.
  13. Add frozen peas till it looks like enough, and level it all out.
  14. Spread the panko mix on top and stick it in the oven at 350F.
  15. It depends how close to the element the pan is, but panko browns Really Fast!
  16. Probably 5-7 minutes so keep an eye on it.
  17. Pop it out and eat it!
  18. Made about four servings worth for me.

spaghetti, onion, bacon, tomato, baby spinach, shredded cheese, frozen peas, breadcrumbs, hot mustard
