Chris's Low Carb Pancakes

  1. Separate eggs.
  2. Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside.
  3. In a bowl with egg yolks, add cream cheese and sugar.
  4. You can use the amount of Splenda you want; I don't use it so I can't say how much.
  5. Cream until smooth.
  6. Add milk, lemon juice, and vanilla.
  7. Add almond flour, oatmeal flour, and baking powder; beat until smooth.
  8. Fold in egg whites; don't overmix.
  9. Cook on hot griddle.
  10. sprayed with pam and little butter careful not to burn.
