Momma's Spicy Hummus

  1. Drain beans & reserve the 1/2 cup liquid.
  2. Place beans, reserved liquid, olive oil & lemon juice in blender.
  3. Blend until smooth & creamy.
  4. Add garlic, spices & salt.
  5. Blend until mixed thouroughly.
  6. Place in storage bowl, sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
